Eight Oaks Housing Co-operative is a diverse community of people actively participating in operating a 42-unit, four-story apartment building in Cambie Village, on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ / sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh). The co-op is within walking distance of grocers, restaurants, parks, schools, daycares, and community centers, in the bustling neighbourhood of Cambie Village.

We are a cooperatively-owned non-profit organization with a mission to create housing for people, not profit. Participation and involvement are the keys to our success. The members of the co-op operate and maintain the property by joining one or more of our five committees: Social, Membership, Maintenance, Finance or the Board of Directors.
